Tho im learning and i think im getting better, just keep on practicing ^^ Start out with backrounds too, cuz the nature is never perfect in shapes and stuff, so its fun to start with, animals and people etc. to start with are a bit harder cuz the features and stuff need paying attention too.
I used a tablet, and I used camtasia studio to record it. Camtasia lets you select a portion of the screen to record, its pretty cool like that. I select the working area in photoshop, set it to a timelapse record and start drawing.
OMG! That was amazing! How do you keep ur hand still?!??! haha when ever i try to do a computer art thing i'm so shakky!
