Quite a large paycheck. Did the buyer know how much you made? Was it an assignment fee or double closing? Motivated seller, wholesale, pre-foreclosure, bankruptcy, etc?
Personally, I would have tried to make the buyer a bit more money by decreasing my paycheck to around $20k. The more the buyer makes, the more he'll want to buy your deals in the future. You're in business as a wholesaler to solve the home owner's problem and connect an investor buyer with a great deal.

Um.. if you just got back from DEPOSITING a check at the bank, how do you still have what looks like an ORIGINAL check?

This is color photocopy of the check. I photo copy all checks, HUDs, contracts and etc.
