@MissLabouahster i think he did...i think that over Idol he wasn't as active as he was so...yeah you get it. then he lost a LOT i think...well sice he got his wisdom teeth out and he couldnt go runnning he did p90x workout and he said he loved it and it definatly worked for him and then he picked up on his running again after he healed from his surgery.
