this show and especially how it ends was majorly trippy. i dont think they would have written a show like this for children nowadays. it was quite a mindblower to find where the noozles actually came from and what their mother was.
i just watch the movie, and as a kid it was bizare, like other wierd movies u see as a kid,
if somone could help, im trying to remember this old cartoon, must of been 15 years ago, there was maybe 3 kids, one boy liked building stuff, and ther was a least another boy and girl(she had curly hair), they might of lived on a island or were tribe ppl, i think they had weird nose (like 3 bumps), and it aired around or before animal crakers. probably either ytv or nickalodeon
@jangofet555 there was a Swiss Family Robinson early anime show that was on around the same time this was, it came on right before Maple town did, I think? Is that it?
WOW! ABSOLUTE BLAST FROM THE PAST! I don't think I've watched this show as often as Maya the Bee, David the Gnome or the Fairy Tale one, but I must've watched it enough to miss it terribly. It was a cute little show. I see a lot of dislike for TODAY'S shows from some of the comments I've read so far. They're right to feel that way because the cartoons today? Sheesh! It would be great for whoever loved shows like these to share it with THEIR kids as a DVD collection. Wishful thinking, but, yeah.
hmm for some reason I remember lil bits, david the gnome and eureeka's castle from nick jr. but not this one. The bumpers say it was on during the same time *shrugs*
@tkdyo You might not remember it because this show went off the air in 93, while Eureeka's Castle, David the Gnome and The Litt'l Bits continued to be shown for a few more years.
omg i remember the episode where they went to the Koala's "world" or whateer and they were all holding hands and like dancing around a moon or panet or something!
These old nick jr cartoon shows should come out on a dvd box set, I have two nieces, and I hope these old nick jr cartoon shows come out on a dvd box set, so that they can experience these old nick jr cartoons, like i have before them.
I loved loved this cartoon, one of my fav of all times. 10 years ago I could not remember the name, and I was like 80's or 90's cartoon, girl with red hair and a window with a bamboo tree outside, stuffed koala present from her father, koala girl with make up and powers, save koalaland or something and no one knew what I was talking about, thank God for Google! :). because of noozles I made my dad to buy me a stuffed koala :$
Holy shit dude.....this show i watch when i came home from kindergarten.......i would be in my high chair and my dad made me lunch......for dessert a nestle crunch bar......this show and maya the bee were the shit back then......not like the shit they have out now for kids......
OH MY GOD I thought I was imagining this show! I couldn't find any trace of it after it stopped running, and every time I searched for koala it came up something else. I'm so happy! Seriously! I remember this show could be pretty sad too, used to always get to me as a kid.
Dude! I remember the last episode of this show. They go to that Koala land and they find out that her missing father has been there the whole time for some secret project or something. Really sad moment!
i vaguely remember a really emotional episode, i may have only been like 5. but the noozles had found where they came from and there was this big circle of noozles and the 'toys' were going to leave with them. but the little girl stepped in because she wasn't ready to say goodbye, and prevented them from going and they were sad. lmao. i dunno how i remember that.
You know? When you first watch this show, you never imagined that it had a save the world from apocalypse sub plot behind it. I think this is the first anime I've seen with that motif...Ahhh, the memories.
HOLY FUCK, THANK GOOD NESS SOMEONE RECORDED THIS FABULOUS CARTOON! I loved this show as a kid and only recently the memory of it resurfaced, so I would try t google it and ask my friends, but no one seemed to have the answer...seriously, THANK YOU, RELIVINGTHE80S, FOR POSTING THIS CLIP...I LOVE YOU!
... Omg. XD Iv been trying half my life to remember this show. Thank you! And once again, I think I can blame my current anime craze on my childhood backgrounds like this one. :3
I'm 23, but this show gave me nightmares as a child. The nightmare was basically that I too had a magical koala friend, but I didn't like him and wanted him to go away, and he would take me to koala walla land against my will, and at the same time, I didn't want to hurt his feelings. I was a complex child.
remember the episode where the ended up in Hell? THAT was a hillarious episode. j/k this show was great, I agree it DID get a little more emotional towards the end of the running.
Not a bad show from my youth but one thing bothers me does anyone remember an episode with a part in it sandy tells blinkie and pinky some boys picked on her and said she wears diapers or something?
A trip down Nostalgia Lane! When this used to come on, I believe at 1pmET.( I remember...hahah)my friend whom my mom babysitted, and myself would yell "The Noozles are on!" Good times!
All of us children of the 80s should unite and DEMAND they put these shows back on, the kids of today need to see what REAL cartoons were like! I'd like to see em again myself too *sheds a tear*
Suddenly I'm 5 years old again. Man. Kids shows have changed quite a bit, haven't they? Wow. But, aside from the subject at hand, does anyone here remember watching The Peanut Butter Solution?
LOL! When I checked out this video, the views were at 6,666. Oh yeah, I was looking for these on here but forgot the title. Used to watch everyday after school. Memories...
Aw damn i remeber this one, something bout this cartoon make me watch it every single day after school, i dont know if its the song or wat, i feel old.
OMG! I have been trying to find out what the name of this cartoon that I watched when I was 4 or 5 years old. Im 25 now and I remembered till now about a koala bear and a girl. Thanks for posting this, its so surreal to be watching this:)
Well, most likely you did really watch it but only have a very vague memory of it. Maybe you saw the show when you were very young, like 2 or something.
Wow I hadn't known about this show til now. I wonder how the original intro sounds, I hope it's less annoying lol. But yay old Japanese animation I like!
