@swibo6 Yes most of the food we eat is home made, and those cevape or cevapcice I made my self. I don't know what recipe you have but I will highly suggest my way since it is yummy delicious. :] Let me know if you want me to send it to you.
@nedeljkomostar I was hoping that you would share that recipe! Sometimes I don't try the recipes that I have because I have nobody to vouch for them so it's a gamble. I'll try this though, and I even have a good cast iron skillet to use!
Chevapi recipe: 1 lb - ground beef; 1 lb - ground pork; 1 head of Onion (2.5" - 3" in diameter) well choped down; 2 cloves of Garlic well choped down; 1 1/2 teaspoons of iodized salt (kosher salt, or sea salt); pepper abit; freshly cut parsley ... alots; Natriumhydrogencarbonat - 1 pinch or ( 1/4 of teaspoon ); some oregano; Mush it up with hands, form chevaps (those small looking sausages ). Leave it over the night in the freezer and bake it tomorow.

MMM!!!! I'm going to have to try making cvapi or "cevapcici" (which I have a recipe for) if it's the same thing. Did you make the sausage yourself?
