I can tell you first hand its fake I own an original Pokedex from 1993 and the UI is incorrect and you use the crappy video quality to hide the fact that it is a fake.

Fake. Why else would it have such bad quality? He blurred it so it wouldn't looked doctored, and blend in.

This must have been one of the last Pokedex off the production line where they added the pokemon that they missed
