How interesting that all the instruction was in English as opposed to Hebrew.

A few facts might help:

1) The event was organized by Nefesh B'Nefesh, a group helping Jews to move to Israel.

2) The choreographer is an American Jew who recently immigrated to Israel.

3) Many Israelis speak at least some English, and, there are fairly large communities of "Anglo Jews", i.e., Jews who immigrated from English speaking countries, that tend to continue speaking English long after moving to Israel. * [Which is typical for any 1st generation immigrant group].
