thank you so much for this recipe. I lived for 4 years in Qatar and I love arabic food.
I ate something similar there, but I didn't know the name and I wanted to find the recipe for a very long time. I enjoy your videos and I learn a lot from you.
I so miss Trader Joe's. We need one in Idaho Falls Heck! Idaho! Nope no Whole Foods either. I live in the middle of nowhere! WAHHHHH! (ok pity party over)
I so have to make this for the next time the homeschool mom's get together. I'm drooling!
that looks good i would like to try it... i never done thing like that before with feta cheese i've tryed feta with paff pastry it taste pretty good....good job dede :)
Will have to try this. And since I am near a Trader Joe's too I may have to try piquillo peppers instead of the normal reds. They are a very sweet Spanish red pepper. And if you have trouble finding sun-dried tomatoes you can always roast tomatoes in a very low oven (180-200) until they have the right texture. Just drain out the liquid periodically and then you can freeze them when you are done if you don't can things.
I agree that it's awesome to have access to Trader Joe's. Their stuff is pretty high quality and their prices are just right. Great recipe btw, thanks! This screams Mediterranean =D

Hi Dede,
this dip/spread is really great!
I used a little less chili flakes, so it had a little less fire ;-)
very tasty with the pita bread chips, it's one of my all time favorite dips now!
Thank you!
