  • Hi Dede,

thank you so much for this recipe. I lived for 4 years in Qatar and I love arabic food.

I ate something similar there, but I didn't know the name and I wanted to find the recipe for a very long time. I enjoy your videos and I learn a lot from you.

    Thank you :)

  • @MegaSthlm wonderful, the written recipe is on my site :)

  • Hi Dede,

    this dip/spread is really great!

I used a little less chili flakes, so it had a little less fire ;-)

very tasty with the pita bread chips, it's one of my all time favorite dips now!

    Thank you!

    Joe from Germany

  • yum yum! Thankyou for another amazing recipe!

  • OOooOoo ur from Detriot.. i'm from Windsor hehehe

  • Will have to try this. And since I am near a Trader Joe's too I may have to try piquillo peppers instead of the normal reds. They are a very sweet Spanish red pepper. And if you have trouble finding sun-dried tomatoes you can always roast tomatoes in a very low oven (180-200) until they have the right texture. Just drain out the liquid periodically and then you can freeze them when you are done if you don't can things.

  • @Fidasaind wonderful suggestions :)

  • you have a lovely clean kitchen. Yummy food!

  • Hi Dede,
