I am not judging anyone just saying that if you trust in Jesus you would not have any fear and therefore there would be no need to for this tapping, humming or whatever, it's all new age stuff. I don't think that's true. Innocent people are killed all the time. I understand you being able to control yourself, but how can you control and determine what others may or may not do. Your choosing to ignore the truth, and lie to yourself about whats really going on. You don't have to live in fear, but you don't have to live in ignorance either. So stating positive affirmations with tapping or without will not do you any harm. Whether you believe it or not - a very different question. The statements therefore are designed not to build up any resistance, but if they do - rephrase them until you feel comfortable and at ease !!! Good luck!!
