So what he got the concept from Evolution of Dance? You still have to be able to pull off the dancing moves. His routines and tempo imho are far more entertaining. What makes his performance work even better is that it is totally at odds with his own persona. As Amanda says at the beginning of the full clip "He looks like a headmaster". Brilliant. Highly entertaining.

I'm taught by the same woman Steve is and my dance group has done this dance many times. In no way is it meant to be original, we took the idea from The Evolution of Dance and made our own version. You can't take life seriously all the time, he made people laugh and thats the whole idea behind that dance.
