I used to have an Isuzu rodeo. It was only two wheel drive and i did some pretty stupid stuff in it. It never got stuck. Isuzu's will last for ever and get you out of any mess no matter what.

Compare an Isuzu Trooper II from the 80's to a Land Rover to the 80's and... you have a good contest, if the Land Rover runs. Let's face it, British Leyland Rovers were shit. They were great off-road, until they broke down... which was quite often. My grandparents had a '72 Jaguar, British Leyland also. Whenever I popped the hood (or bonnet, in this case), I wanted to cry whenever I saw Lucas written on the electrics. Screw you, Prince of Darkness.

Honestly it seems everywhere I go everyone just loves their trooper to death. same here, Just got mine two months ago. 1989 tan with some really cool stripes on the side, makes it look like it came straight from the safari.
