love extreme. they did write some bad songs but the good ones make you forget the bad songs. nuno is one of the best guitarists i have ever seen and i seen alot. halen, satriani, friedman, etc. but nuno has the blues, metal, funk, classical, jazz all down to a T! cherone is a good singer but has the freddie mercury flamboyancy that turns me off. the bass player is good and drummer sticks to the song. wish they reunite!

Nuno Is over course a phenom that is for sure, but this entire band is talented. On stage they are a cohesive unit. Sorry Gary's voice is astronomical! Nuno's is great but not better than Gary's. I don't get people putting down every member except Nuno. They knew that they were great together or they won't be reuniting would they? They would just continue going on their separate ways.

He may not be in the band but, he is still working with them. If you go to Nuno's My space page he explains how Paul is still with them.Years ago Gary explain that Paul wanted to leave to do more behind the scenes of music. I think to start his own Management company. This happened before "Waiting for the Punchline". There were no hard feeling about it.If Kevin was picked as his replacement he must be an amazing Drummer. Anyway the point is Extreme is getting back together Yeah!!!

it wasnt a drum machine on the record i dont think. The drums were just sound replaced.

The drum stuff here - If I remember correctly, I think I read Nuno say once that he and Pat would warm up with this song each night to a programmed drum machine...so Nuno being the perfectionist/obssesive..etc that he is probably had programmed every bit of it very intricately and Paul then had to go and learn it after they had finished it...
