You can tune a Civic to run with a Corvette but at the end of the day not even the fastest exotics can run with a turbo vette let alone a civic.

That corvrette is still not really built, 11.2 sec quarter mile is a zr1 basically, being all wheel drive the car this maybe only has about 450-500 hp. A corvette with a automatic with cam and heads exhaust, and 3000 stall torque converter will run 10's

Very easy to accomplish, there's a vid of a grey one on here running 10.2 with an automatic without forced induction. Automatics built correctly will whoop a stick, of course that's why you see in drag racing the cars are automatic. When I put a bigger stall in my camaro it was the equivalent to adding a turbo. And that wasn't even 3000+ stall.
