@kayla86981 Please take care of yourself. Just eat a normal diet, exercise 20-30 mins a day, and you will be fine. You don't have to be paper thin to be healthy. In fact, it isn't healthy at all. Listen to your doctor on what your target weight should be and work toward that goal. Skinny does not = beautiful. Beautiful is a woman that loves herself enough to eat food and be healthy! You can do it!! I don't want you to die either. Please be well. :-|
