i have same problem , it says because jpg wbmp dont support animation only the first frame saved or something like that

Hi

select "Image" at top right then select "mode"

Then change all your pics to RGB then there all the same format.

If you have a jpgs, bitmaps and gif's mixed in

one pic, Somtimes the animation wont work.

Thay all need to be the same format.

Make sure you select save optimized as, not save as.

also be sure that under 'window' 'optimize' your settings are for GIF Web Palette. That's where I was having issues. Mine was set to JPG. Thanks for the tutorial!
