Isn't that the point? It probably REALLLLLYYYY sucked to go through that. He is fine. The point is to create a panic in someone so that they will tell you anything, like oh, there's a terrorist attack planned for Los Angeles, without causing serious permanent physical damage or psychological damage assuming they give up the information. But I guess the comfort of three terrorists is more important than the lives of thousands or millions of innocent Americans.

In otherwords, your willing to be put your faith in a regime, that will send your troops to kill and die in Iraq, based on things like , false confessions linking Iraq and Al Qaeda (which contradicted what the CIA , state department and many others actually knew).
