Thanks for posting Deron. Good to see a proper 96 lesson, along with Dressed in Decay. I just picked up Tactical along with all the CKY EPs and Distant Recordings. You are one of my favorite guitarists to listen to. You are a riff writing master. I hope you haven't given up on the music business completely because that would be such a fucking waste of talent.

to brian and mrkylederp, deron is playing these songs half a step down from the D Standard CKY tuning, making it C#/Db.

these videos are awesome deron. words cant describe how much that chorus riff of dressed in decay rules. i would love to see plagued by images, the guitar in that song is sick.

@sethmeisterman no, i mean derons guitar in this video. deron is in C# in this video, and when he plays the songs, they sound detuned by half a step. if you pitch it up half a step, they sound normal again, meaning the actual songs are played in D standard on the albums (apart from 96 which is played in D standard live, but Eb on the album, which would mean pitching up this video by 2 half steps/1 whole step for it to sound like the album when deron plays it here).
