The best way to get rid of roaches it to have one way flap valves that only allows the water to drain towards the sewer. The valves must be in vertical pipes and must be accessable to allow clean out. Put one big one where the sewer drain enters the house and more closer to your drains in the house.

Hello "Momonator" I don't touch bedbugs for a number of reasons.Primarily based on liability.I carry a 2 million dollar insurance policy and have never used it since I have been in business To properly do a bedbug job you MUST be very thorough and apply a large amount of chemical in ever crack and crevice The alternative is heat treatment which has been proven to be very effective and less invasive so I refer bedbugs to a termite company I do business with and they use heat to eradicate.

Hello smokahontas.......If u are leaving the residence for an extended time.....than saran wrap over the toilet seat will resolve any roaches coming up...I deal with a lot of snowbirds that leave their places for the summer.....It is also important not to let your toilets dry up...This happens in hot environments like where I live..(Palm Desert) This will greatly increase your chances of roaches entering as the pea traps dry up in the drains...Hope this answers your question...take care...bob

Eww. I couldn't imagine coming home from vaccy to THAT! It would ruin my entire vacation to think of having to sort that nastiness out before I could go back to work again. So nasty.
