Hi... i have african thick hair. Which i relax often. My hair has damaged alot, so i have decided i want to cut my hair to let it regrow, and also get of all the dead ends, and have soemthing new for next year ! I am going to be relaxing my hair, and i wanted to cut it into this style. LOL i noe this is so wierd but im scared to get it cut at the afro/carriebean salons. Do u think they would be able to style my type of hair like this at a salon for white people. My hair is dead straight..

This is definitely a modern day pixie. It is a great short haircut but unfortunately, not for everybody. You have to consider shape of face and so forth.

I like it best here at about 7:00 on this part II though. I think it gets a bit too thin looking by the end of the series. Still I generally prefer slightly longer bob cuts, but must admit this is a very very pretty cut on a perfect model for it! (bet she's a size 2 or less)

I would closest call it a short to medium length texturized shag. I can't blame you, much better terminology! I'm a hairdresser, so that would be my definition...in any case, make sure you are specific to whoever is your stylist is so you avoid any misinterpretations. Good luck! :)

Great videos, I like the camera work and editing. I like your "chill music" but I think instrumental music would work better. When the singer is singing at the same time you are explaining the cut, it's kind of distracting.
