I bought a G&G M16A3 MAX off BuyAirsoft.ca for around $500 big ones. I thought I was being ripped off, but it shoots at around 450 fps, rather than the 350 stated in this video. Unfortunately the only full metal versions of G&G guns you can get up here in Canada are the MAX versions which cost a pretty penny. Great review btw. Such a nice gun.

At ForgotNayr: I do believe they have very similar internals if not the same. I have both guns and I like the R4 *M4 RIS Seal* better than the M16 probably cause I paid more for it, I have used it more and have upgraded it more.

I think the M16 is firing harder than the M4 did, probably due to a longer inner barrel length *tends to increase a little I think*. R4 was shooting 320-330, I got it at 385 now, and the M16 with no internal upgrades is at 345.

Nope, the dust cover that goes over the hop up chamber is spring loaded. Less "realistic" (dosent open when the charging handle is pulled) but a lot less prone to breaking. Overall, a really great gun.

KWA features guns with incompatible and noncomplying magwells it seams. Most tokyo compatible mags wont fit KWA's. G&G, i think, it better in general. But that's just my opinion. Go do your homework on these guns and it will tell you the answers you are looking for.

yea this is a great gun the body is flimsy cheapo metal that snapped in 2 when I dropped it by accident and the hop up broke too so I JB welded it and got a new G&P metal hopup and fixed it up then the gears jammed up and I went to unscrew the one motor screw and I won't losen for some reason so now I have a wonderful $270 wallhanger...

stamped steel won't break like that cheap alloy and one way to tell weither it's good metal or not is by putting a magnet on the body of the gun because cheap alloy and aluminum is not magnetic.
