  • "...which one described as..."

WTF?!? Does The Columbus Dispatch even care about their credibility? Does this "one" wish to remain anonymous and therefore be a Nazi too?

    Great response.

  • Very wise words ChefXenu.

    5/5

  • The Church of Scientology, which has about 10 million members worldwide."

lol Holly needs to do her homework and not use unsubstantiated quotes from the co$

  • Very good, you are a very astute and intelligent supporter of anonymous, we need more of you.

    anon

  • Mrs. Zacahiriah's seemed to have a definite bias throughout.

  • represent XD! thanks for the pump the news will always be bias unfortunately even if thats not suppose to be their aspect. We should out news corps after this for bias, lies, covers, e.g. that nice newscaster who doctored anon photos for their report =\ wtf its not news if you doctor it. Its called fabrication!

  • Chef check Enturb, i actually emailed her shortly after reading it, basically stating while I felt she got the overlying message of WHY we were protesting, quite a bit of her information was misinterpreted (personally I'd sooner blame naive anon before the reporter). I have a couple of my email, and the reply I recieved posted on the "Post March 15th" forum for Columbus, give it a read.

  • thanks, I'll check it out.

  • Ha, when I arrived at the protest, I overheard the acne scarred reporter questioning an Anon. She asked him why we were "threatening the church", to this he replied, correctly, that Anon is protesting the tax exempt status of the religion. To this she responded "To further your own nefarious purposes?". I literally got the impression she was a plant sent by the church, she then walked into the church. She is either a scientologist herself or a very lazy reporter!

  • yeah that article was really bad i was there and i know ive never read Mein kampf hell i wouldnt even know where to find it off of the top of my head. But Hey at least this reporter didnt try to call us a church right some of the others are convinced anonymous is a church well maybe as anonymous grows they will start checking their so called facts a little bit instead of just guessing and hoping their right.

  • I agree with you completely, ChefXenu, I was sorely disappointed when I read that article yesterday, as I was there and knew what she talked with people about. I have most of her conversations with anonymous on tape, and I am going to make a video compilation of them, so people can see what we did tell her.

  • Excellent!

  • Yeah well hurry up, there is an unethical reporter working for a relatively ethical publication. If she's an unethical journalist, its your right as an American to make available the evidence necessary to conclude such a thing.

  • Good job. While the paper may never print it, I applaud you for posting it here.

  • Jeeeesus christ, mein kampf? i was under the impression ur not suppose to use your imagination whilst writing news articles.

  • Rock on brother. People need to be clear about whats going on. I think you are doing the right thing by writing to the paper, and I think you are doing an even better thing by clearly stating what the news it.

For a long time now, the responsibility of Journalists had plagues my personal understanding of the news. I find the news in most forms, un-informative, and biased.

Thanks for putting this up, now get back to editing that video, I wanna see moar!

  • I've never read mein kamph, and i doubt most of the people there had either

  • Because you asked for feedback I will provide some. Our messages need to be very concise and short to have the best effect. It gets people to act after information and keeps wheels turning, large responses tend to get drowned out.

  • Thank you, this kind of feedback is very helpful, and I'll keep it in mind as I write future statements!

  • Happy it might help. The more bite-sized items can be made the more effect possible I believe. Good work and excellent points by the way.

  • This bugged me the must "what they say is cultlike treatment of church members who do not conform." Its like she is insulting saying oh those crazy anon without really explaining the evidence behind why we say this. One other thing that made me laugh so hard "The Church of Scientology, which has about 10 million members worldwide and 10,000 in the Columbus area" Did she really do any research at all? She was definitely biased towards Scientology.

  • Yeah, she unquestioningly swallowed the CoS statistics without looking at the government's or anyone else's estimates. There is absolutely no way there are 10k scientologists in the Cbus area. A few hundred, perhaps, with just enough wealthy members like the Durable Slate folks to keep them afloat financially.

  • Did perchance "Holly Zachariah" name show up on the big donor board? Is she the local media infiltrator? I mean really, Mein Kampf? Seriously?
