I think Lennon might've gone with crunchy guitar like in "Well, Well, Well" if he'd gotten around to finishing the song. Would've been a killer track, people would've loved it or hated it.

As it stands I have a hard time meeting fans who appreciate it, but the finished song would've rocked.

Umm... This was John Lennon's solo work, recorded in 1980 in retort to Bob Dylan's "Gotta Serve Somebody"-same year. But basically, this song was conceived ten years after the Beatles broke up, so... the title is wrong, and all the cool video imagery is wrong, because this song was not the Beatles at all.

this is fuckin' great! I love how flat-out belligerent this song is. Like a pissed-off ol' Irishman. Giving it a full band sound helps the punkness of it all...plus style-wise is very Beatles-y. My only request is to include the reprise.

I wanted to do the whole song but it got to be too much of a pain in the ass. Plus, I never found an isolated Harrison part to put in. I only used stuff actually played by Beatles.
