One time, I played NHL and I told my goalie to pass to me, but he missed and gave it to the defenseman, you put it in on his own net. First goalie goal where both goalies were in the net.

@emjay1264jr There is no goalie in the other net because that team pulled their goalie so that means they can now of 6 men on the ice instead of the normal 5 man on the ice but the cost is an empty net

I remember doing that in the old NHL Hitz games, but it would never count as the goalie scoring , lol. I've scored some goals (empty nets) with goalies in NHL 2004... have yet to do it in NHL 10, though.

2 goalies scored a goal the same day, Saturday December 6th 2008, in the QMJHL. (Quebec Junior Hockey League)

They were the 2nd and 3rd ever in the 40 years history of the league.
