  • Joshua Dysart recommended this film in the essay page of the latest issue of his excellent comic "Unknown Soldier". I very much look forward to watching it.

  • Am godfrey Asio leaving now in Belgium and a karamojong by tribe. I find the video good and it can make the whole world realise how the karamojong are suffering and dying because of hunger and poor standard of life i hope the world will see it and try to get some solutions on how to help them.

  • alot of these whites that go into countries like this and enforce changes are health freaks. look at the way they want people to use hospitals and medication. they want to convert them into health freaks too.

but if we look at the global population growuth we cannot continue to extend peoples lives and increase child survival rates. the world is getting too over populated . much is due to these health freaks from europe

  • the lords resistance army has a crazy leader who thinks hes a messenger from god. and theyhave to kill alot of people to enforce his version of the 10 commandments

they have nothing to with africa. they have nothing to do with the cattle owners in this part of uganda

it shows that white people forced blacks to cover their bodies in shame and brought the evils of western religion

  • Can I ask what year this was filmed? PS: Thank you for this. I spent some time in Northwest Uganda with the Acholi in 2007 and have been very interested in learning more about the cultures of the North Eastern people.

  • Hey, thanks for your post. It was filmed in July/August 2007. Karamoja is a fascinating region and it is now relatively safe to travel there. I highly recomend it.

  • another white man making money out the poor karamojor.

  • I can assure you machax002 that neither the International Affairs Forum or myself have ever made any money from these videos.

Maybe you should brush that chip off your shoulder and post something intelligent.
