@zakuroroberts I don't remember, but I do know that I set the damage meters to their lowest so it's not really an instant KO move if it's set to normal health bar level.

No, It's possible, just that someone needs to create it. By that I mean someone has to draw out each frame for Sailor Moon getting her clothes ripped. Someone did it with the others but no one has done it with Sailor Moon.

I think I got them from a site called "sailorvgame", search for it. Then go to the "Fan Games" and "MUGEN" sections. Get the ones by "Sakuraka".

I don't remember, but I edited both those pics. The original starting image doesn't have their panties showing and they're not wearing thongs in the original ending image.
