@MrClaydough Actually, I'm already supporting a proposal for one in my county. I'll send you a message when it's confirmed to go ahead. ;). Also, FWIW, France reuses over 90% of their nuclear waste. We don't make as good a use of it here in the US, unfortunately. But excessive waste isn't inherent in the system... we just have a crappier policy (shocking). Still, I'd be glad to see a plant go up here.

To me it looks like McCain was tapping Michelle's arm. Anyway, if any of you can read lips, McCain says... "You two haven't met yet". McCain's wife says, "nice to meet you". If you go to other sources besides self edited media on youtube, you can find that the two men shook hands directly afterwards... this video was some time after they had shook hands.

If you watch the video closley(you don't even have to watch very close), you can see that after the tap, Michelle doesn't respond in any way to a tap on the shoulder. It's just human nature to respond to something like that.
Obama responds exactly like one would expect.
It obvious that McCain tapped Obama.
Also, I think it's pretty obvious that Michelle was to far away for McCain to reach.
