Actually its not the jet engines which will get the aircraft to fly.

Its massive main planes (Wings) are the ones which will get these beasts in the air.

Engines just propell the aircraft forward so that the aircraft runs into the air and the reaction forces of this air above and below the wings produces LIFT.

AN-225 holds world record for the maximum pay load capacity which is 250 tonnes.

overall Max Take off Weight of this aircraft is approx 550 tonnes

Once in the air the friction of the air becomes the main force to overcome not the weight itself, and since the enormous wings (needed to create enoug lift for such a heavy plane) create a lot of that plenty of power is needed. The heavy weight will affect range though.
