Nice car, I just bought one second hand. I need to replace the spur gear, do you know which ones will work? Also, How durable is the diff setup on these? Do you know where I can get parts for it? Thanks.
Tamiya spur 64 pitch should do fine. I'm using the 104T. The diff is good enough. Make sure you use tighten the diff properly though. RCmart might stock the gears.
What sort of motor is that? I have a F103GT, great, simplistic chassis. I run mine with an 11 turn double and 6 cell Sanyo 2400. Great fun being RWD and quick as!
erh, yes using GP3300 matched cells.

50mph is pretty crap for a mamba 7700. Maybe you geared itor that much but ive seen them get to near 200kph

its the CM36-5700KV motor. Yea, its a great kit, I have a F101 that I used to run. Even on stock silver can it can fly! :D Have fun!
