I've got mine as carpet scraps on a garden awning, ala rope. Although I do have $100-ish in PVC (1") parts for camcorder mount and mic mounts. Potentially light stands for video needs. Completely modular, and as long as you don't glue anything, usable for other things if you opt out at some point.
You are an absolutely God-sent!!!! This is a great idea! I am new to voice overs and created a sound box, but it is limiting. This will be great for me to make and use!

thats great idea accept i am going 2 use wood and make a huge layer of egg crate foam on it and see if that works
