hi i just wandered what tyoe this cape was ? Is it a snap closure or Velcro closure

The closure is with two hooks and Velcro to be safely caped.

hi i just wandered if u sold ur capes because they are very nice and tight so no loose hair can get pass the neck line

0:46 and 0:57 put it very tight around the neck, does not want the hair between Cape and neck.

Not yet, but welet her hair grow longer now. My guess is that she will get tired of it and will cut her short again. With the clippers of course.
