  • Sand sucks. Pebbles or wood chips are much better.

  • hey joe,was wondering where i can get the rope CHEAP!! thanks man love the videos

  • You should make a video tip on how to make a slosh pipe and ways to use it

  • @bluteo27 I have an article on how to make an "adjustable slosh pipe" - one of the first I ever wrote around '09 - on my site. Sorry YT doesn't allow links, but if you google that you should be able to find it no problem.

  • I'm using my military duffel. I bought topsoil bags (cheaper than sand IMO) and shoved them in there with an old tarp. Also doubles as my heavy bag. And I put it on my hips when I'm doing bridges to work on my hamstrings.

  • I wish I'd seen this video before I bought a Rogue bag...#facepalm

  • very good solution, awesome

  • hey Joe,

Awesome idea! What is the name of that bag you stuff the ropes into? I had a hard time understanding the exact name of it in the video.

  • Yes, good point I should have mentioned that. I've used bags (but dont have any)with it before - a little heavier than wood pellets and doesnt leak like sand. Has it torn your bags at all? Thanks for the reminder!

  • As a guy who works out in his own garage, I love seeing a few pieces of equipment put to multiple use.

PS: Best of luck in the new location. It is nice to see REAL gyms get bigger and bigger.
