Have you heard of Amanda Marshall? She is a musician from Canada who is also mixed race. Her Dad is a white Canadian and her Mom, a black woman from Trinidad. She wrote a lot of songs about how she was bullied and how society tried to make her fit into a box. She had a very successful carrier in the Canadian music charts. Her music is here on YouTube. try looking for "Double Agent", "Darker Shades Of Gray", "Everybody's Got A Story" or "I Believe In You" :)

I am light skin african american and i sometimes get asked why my hair is like that or is it weave.but that is what you call haters. your very pretty and those kids were just hateful so just keep being yourselfm and thats awesome!
BTW I was severely bullied for multiple reasons, mostly for just not fitting in but 1 year (at 1 school, since I always switched) it was for being as white as can be, by a bunch of Mexican kids (since it was primarily Mexicans at the school), though sometimes a few Black kids stuck up for me, never a White kid though.Weird how race factors in, key is don't let the actions of others change you, make you racist or hateful. I had a great foster family that was Mexican, it's the person not the race.
Every time you think we're past racism in this country you realize not. But part of it is not letting negative others rule it over you. You're tough, beautiful, and incredibly smart to have it all figured out at your age and already have figured out how to move past it, keep it up. Maybe a future best-selling motivational author and speaker :)
