What driving school told you that you can pass from the right lane?

@dwainedibbly Same on that teaches US drivers that the left lane is "In theory, a passing lane that should be used only for passing, thus allowing, even on a road with only two lanes in each direction, motorists to travel at their own pace."
...in theory, not as much in practice.
