awesome! the buckeye band comes through playing great and powerful and everyone is cheering loud and proud!! the oregon band comes through and people are like WTF??? even some of the oregon fans are like, damn the Ohio State band kicks our bands ass!
The Marine Band did a column turn which is similar to the Nickerson turn, however, with column turn you go to half-step (as the marine band did) until everyone has turned then back to full step. Also, during nickerson turns the farthest person from the inside corner turns first while the person closest to the inside corner turns first in column.
Thank you ABC. Didn't quite show the Nickerson Turn, but it was worlds better than NBC,who had incessant blather from Al Roker and the bimbo, and then showed NO coverage at all of TBDBITL. Buckeyes - boycott NBC!!
Amen! There are only 2 teams playing, why wouldn't they show the most important 2 bands in the parade??!
I wish anyone who might have got a video of the Turn would post it - I was dying to see it. Is is anything like what the Marine band did? We got to see that on NBC.. :/
