Actually the band called "Good Rats" from the east coast since '69 I believe, does not have a "The" in the beginning. So yes. The band in this video are "The Good Rats". Besides, they're a cover band so whats the big deal? Not like anyone is losing credit. And I don't see the east coast Good Rats signed to any major label producing million dollar hits either.
