  • Is it possible to make crap out of a good tale? This movie is proof enough. What a shame!

  • @mushubiak yet u finished the movie...

  • @heatwave2010 because I don't judge anything, before I've seen all of it.

  • @heatwave2010 well, the movie actually isn't bad at all, but I somewhat agree with mushubiak too, this movie had the potential to be epic....

  • @heatwave2010 It might be an entertaining movie itself, but considering it's bonds to the original saga... there are none. I don't like it, too, considering how it should be actually close to the actual story, but itself it is a very nice film.

  • @ElisabettaVS I watched this movie a few years ago and kinda liked it, Apart from the main actor ( siegfried ) weird acting at some times I thought it was a good story, mind that I never heard of the real legend before I searched it up last week when the movie was on tv

  • @mushubiak ???? why that???? the movie is good!!!!

  • @mushubiak Wouldn't call it crap, but its not the blockbuster it should've been.

  • Fucking Christians..

Hail Odin, Hail Wingthor, Hail The Aesirs

  • @tooner007 Christianity ment acceptance of literacy and entering in civilisated world.

  • Moral of the Story: Don't Decive of You Will Be Deceived.

  • Thank you SO MUCH for posting the movie... :) Hail the Heroes the Norns and the Gods!

  • Giselher: [as Brunnhild dies with Siegfried] Today the old gods live again.

Lena: Today the old gods will die with them.

    Quote of the movie!

And people of that time accepted that is truth.

Christianity prevails and new Christian civilisated Europe emerges. The old habbits and old beliefs from that momenat belong to past. Medieval period of Europe begins with acceptance of new religion-Christianity and it lasts to 19th century and French revolution.

  • the song is a disgrace..

  • @InyourFace1414 Yeah, it would be good for some teenage movie, but not for this movie.

  • that was great wish there was a bit more of Robert Pattinson in it tho

  • that movie wazzzzz brilliant x x x

    tanks 4 gettin it up on youtube x x x x x

    LOL x x x x x x x x x

  • All in all a pretty decent movie inspired by the saga but one cannot let Hagen kill his King Gunther as he vowed in the saga to kill everyone who betrays his king! As well as the revenge of Kriemhild and the glorious downfall of the Burgundians when fighting the Huns are a must have to any version of the Nibelungenlied! There seen to be some confusion with the One Ring from Lord of the Rings which is based on the Norse and Germanic myths, as they killed each other for the ring in the end...

  • There should be as well as of the Iliad, Odyssey and the tale of Beowulf made a version like Peter Brook made of the Indian epic Mahabharata: Using the original text and full length with focus on the actors and not any spectacular mass scenes at all.
