  • Not a fan of the bra top and bloomers :) A full leotard or short dress would do her movement more justice. But of course she's unbelievable. His jacket is very distracting. Shoulder pads hide the length in his arms and break the look for me. Of course he's a talented guy to say the lest.

  • BEST VIDEO IN YOUTUBE

  • Does anybody what kind of Pointe Shoes she wears?

  • She makes me proud to be a 5' 11" dancer :)

  • @dancinfool25 Woot woot! I'm 5'11 too! Dancers unite!

  • I've watched this like a million times ever since I saw it performed with Wheeldon Ballet at City Center ... every time I watch it I get goosebumps. And I notice things in the choreo I've never noticed before. My favorite pas de deux ever.

  • Just...oh my God. Absolutely astounding.

  • i saw this last night in Cincinnati. totally amazing. i liked the opening and the play with background/foreground or upstage/downstage. they are incredible dancers.

  • He is inspirational to all male dancers. I'd love to have that type of control of my long limbs... he's got it figured out.

  • I have watched this video randomly listening to Vangelis-Conquest of Paradise. It was even more amazing, than with the original music.

  • Two incredibly amazing dancers...

  • i agree with ostentatiousvirtue

  • this is stunning for many reasons. I'm actually blown away by how they can remember all of this too. Wow.

  • Wow, they are both amazing. Rubinald is exceptional...he has everything; control, breath, receptivity, extension, grace, everything!! What a perfect dancer!

  • simply amazing

  • Wow, I saw this in Dallas, and it was amazing. The most mind blowing dancers I have ever witnessed, and I hope to see them again. Great music, very different, and the choreography fit it perfectly. I wannnttt Drew's legs!!

  • I'm blown away, amazing choreography and the dancers were perfectlty cast. The music adds to the surreal element of their movements.

  • I just saw Drew do this in Cincinnati this weekend without a dance partner (her partner was injured on a last minute notice) ... and she adapted this routine wonderfully. Would've loved to see it with both dancers, but she's a true gem to adapt to her circumstances on such a late notice with such expertise and seeming perfection!

  • Two amazing dancers. Can't say the same for the music and parts of the choreography.

  • @kellertjk really? Can you elaborate?

  • I didnt like his opening bit, it looked almost comical, like he had an itch he couldn't scratch!

  • How tall is she? 5'11

  • amazing, they are both soo amazing! i love how her moves all flow and her feet are amazing also...i love how because of the lighting you can't see her pointe shoes and it makes it looks likes she's dancing on bare feet...breathtaking!! just perfect!

  • OMG, drew and Rubi are so amazing. They give this 6'2" dancer hope that I can have a career.

  • Houston Chronicle review of Dance Salad:

...Of Special Note: The independent duo of Rubinald Rofino Pronk, a sleek Black dancer formerly of the Dutch National Ballet, and Drew Jacoby, a tall, perfectly-ripped woman formerly of Alonzo King's Lines Ballet of San Francisco, were sensational -- all sinewy dynamite and flexy agility -- in Annabelle Lopez Ochoa's angular showpiece, One.

  • Saw them in Houston last night - the pick of the offerings

  • Breathtaking. Love it.

  • Stunning.

  • Truly Amazing!!!!!!!!!

  • They work beautifully together...

  • My fucking god. This is phenomenally breathtaking. You could almost say... perfect.

  • Can't wait to see this performed live

  • I love the behind the scene stuff.

    You guys rock!
