Bike is an epic land mount yes. You need to be a maxxed out engy to make it but you don't need to be an engy to use it.

i think 400 and something engineering level, but only level 80s can use em, anyone level 80 can use em, you don't have to be an engineer to use them

If you are in a party with the driver, you get the little vehicle entrance arrow icon thing. Just click the side car to get in.

In the video, I'm the passenger, not the driver. I'm the cow in the side car. A few mounts in WOTLK will have passengers like this motorcycle and the grand mammoth. For this one, it was listed as 100% ground speed.

Not too sure on the speed. In the beta, there is a vendor in Dalaran that has them. Also, you can buy keys for them in the AH.  They are INSANELY popular on the Murmur/lvl 80 pre-made realm.
