if you are talking about the greyish glasses, those are polarised, and you wont get to use them because you'll need a special screen for it, like the trimon from zalman.
if you have coloured glasses you can just choose the colours you can see on the glasses
Just wonderin. Ive a pair of Disney "real d 3d" glasses which I...ahem...swiped from the cinema.

good one - only you need to add this tag:
yt3d:swap=1
otherwise the video will be displayed reversed (pseudo stereoscopic)

no YT assumes that left view is on the right side and right view on the left sode - so if you upload a parallel version you need to add the swap tag
