If you have reported her repeatedly to your landlord and nothing is done, you may have a cause of action for something called "breach of covenant of quiet enjoyment". Just look up the elements and you'll see that you can possibly even not have to pay all of your rent in certain situations. Keep those recordings too!

I'm in Los Angeles and I moved a four bedroom house with LOADS of furniture and a cramped garage for less than $500. It won't cost you that much. If your neighbors are bugging you and the landlord won't help...... I'd take as much of the stuff that your boyfriend put in their - furniture, blinds, etc. I guess you can't take the carpet. But otherwise, I'd get out of there.
get some noise cancelling earphones, and listen to a song on repeat and u will fall asleep. i remember i had a neighbor that kept banging on his ceiling every time i made a noise even just walking across the floor, i had to move
