It sounds I hear Flo in the beginning then on the chorus it's Diana doing the top harmony and Mary doing the bottom then on the rest of the song it sounds like Cindy

Here's what I hear. When they sing the chorus "What Becomes of the broken hearted" I hear mostly Diana on top and Mary on Alto and Flo on contralto barely audible. The "oooohs in the beginning are Mary and Flo alone. I can hear Flo singing "BRRRROOOKEN DREAMEEESS "So Maannny Thingssss" " Just an ILLUSIONNNN"etc. Flo sometimes also added a lisp to her words. The song was probably incomplete and they had Diana record a new lead vocal and add over dubs.

Check out Flo's song "You Bring Out The Sweetness" and you'll hear the same inflections.
