That's okay. Today's generation is used to not paying attention and follow what they see on screen. They're used to having every detail spoon-fed to them which destroys any aspect of a film. Great film-making is a dying art, and Clint Eastwood is one of the very few directors who keeps brilliant cinematography alive.

I liked the movie but the ending "lessened" it in my eyes. It's not because she lost. If Lucia Ryker's character kicked her ass and Swank's character just didn't cut it in the end, I still would have liked the movie. But it was falsely dramatic. A fight with a million dollars at stake is a fight of magnitude. And in a fight in boxing anywhere near that magnitude this outcome was unrealistic. People cheat but they lose fights, get suspended, get decisions overturned, and get fined for doing it.
