Well this is the only friday the 13th movie i've seen so im not taking any shit or saying i know jason but i liked this one, he functions alot more like a ''smart person'' than a minless killer.

Alright, I've seen ALL the friday the thirteenth movies, along with the Nightmare on elm street and it wasn't right for them to make FvJ because it had NOTHING about Jason's character in it. That kinda pissed me off. That it did. And Jason really isn't ever a zombie. Zombies are completely mindless, they really have no control over their actions and Jason does, he chooses to kill because those dumbf*** teenagers tresspass in his HOME! And if it were me, I would do the same thing.

I've been a huge Friday the 13th fan for years. I didn't stoke myself up for this movie but being a fan I did catch the midnight premier and I gotta say... quite disappointed. I think this video is very misleading. There was no additional depth to the Jason character... in fact the scene shown above is pretty much it. The movie didn't feel like it had a resounding beginning middle and end. The killings were highly predictable.. the entire thing fell flat. By the time he got his mask I was bored
