yes - I live in the UK, and if you go to an Asian supermarket (e.g. Brick Lane - London) you can buy all ingredients. I don't smoke, so I prefer mine to have no tobacco (most 'sweet paan' are no tobacco, so it would seem...but, it depends on where you are)....it's not a mind-blowing buzz, just relaxing. If you chew one with tobacco (don't swallow!), it will give you a heavy chewing tobacco type buzz (non-smokers could probably relate
