  • i think he's referring to the use of depleted uranium ammunition

  • why does Chomsky stay in America - if he was a true dissident he'd leave this god awful country and move to Switzerland,

  • @32peartree Can i come?

  • Comment removed

  • He is DEAD

  • Just as reminder, the media has still not mentioned this a year later.

  • The timer is distracting...

  • DU killls!

  • It's just an example of a lot of things that do not receive major news coverage - things of importance which never even hit the air.

  • Mr Chomsky

Please don't die. Just live for another 35 years

    Love you Noam

  • I wonder if Mr Wikileaks has any documents on the Mossad killings in Dubai or any other Irsaeli terrorist attacks..thought not:)

  • Trust Chomsky to be awesome! Straight up accusing the USA of deploying nukes in Iraq!

  • wikileaks=propaganda made to look like a leak. thank you.

  • Dr. Chomsky recently told Iranian TV that when the US invaded Afghanistan they provided no evidence that al Qaeda had done 9/11--"because they didn't have any".

See my video "Chomsky on Faith-based Wars and 9/11"

  • Just another censored story.

    Google medical study on Fallujah.

  • @Yuluka32 He is referring to LexisNexis, a research resource. Lexis offers legal information, Nexis global news and company details.

  • Stop talking about the news and POST THE DAMN INFORMATION/LINKS/METHODS FOR EVERYONE THAT WANTS TO JOIN THE WIKILEAKS CYBERARMY!!!!! THAT's what is important! These bastards in the government and the corporations need to be taught a LESSON!!! THIS IS THE CHANCE FOR EVERYONE, WORLDWIDE TO JOIN TOGETHER TO SHOW GOVERNMENT AND CORPORATIONS W H O REALLY RUNS THE WORLD!!!

  • Not to detract from its importance but Prof C's revelation about Fallujah is old news, it just wasn't covered by the mainstream media.

  • Yeah it is pretty evident Israel destroyed the WTC there were israeli spies jumping around celebrating with joy.

  • wikileaks is a mossad/aipac front. that is obvious. Although I agree with Chomsky that Fallujah radiation is much more significant and is being ignored, he has some cheek because the biggest leak in the past few days are the new 9/11 photo's which show conclusively that the buildings were destroyed by CONTROLLED DEMOLITION.

  • Got a link? Cant find thoses pictures...

  • TALK LOUDER OLD MAN

  • "STUPIDITY IS THE WORST CRIME""

  • Emma Goldman... Goldman-Sachs... Leon Czolgosz... Leon Panetta...

Gold Standard Act of 1900... Federal Reserve Act... U.S. trade debt with China... Chinese Boxer Rebellion of 1900...

Useful dupes like you will never get a clue and will believe anything that has a melodrama to it... this is a tempest in a teapot...

WikiLeaks is a huge fraud and a distraction.

Julian Assange and his agent provocateurs are the double fake melodrama and will be paid in Russian polonium pellets...

    Chomsky = KGB

  • I knew they'd used white phosphorous in Fallujah. And I notice around 29Nov 2010 reports that new Leaks from 2004-2009 do not include the 2month period of the Fallujah attack.

Speculation in mainstream suggests even the leaker thought them too explosive! Now I don't buy that on so many levels. If you are prepared to risk jail or worse to leak sensitive stuff, why pull out of the really sensitive stuff? Something smells to me. Perhaps wikleaks held it back as some kind of insurance policy?

  • Chomsky is the best speaker from the US I've heard, a voice of sensible reason amidst all the lies and propaganda.

  • You know, I have been reading/skimming through NY times, Der Spiegal, CSM, BBC and haven't found anything about this there. Chomsky, once again, proves that there is always something hidden or covered up through a collaborative effort of the press and media, even if we are given the impression that the media has leaked large and significant amounts of information.

  • Chomsky the mubbling twat who thinks JFK shooting was accdent

  • wikileaks is a fraud

  • Yeah Id like to get my hands on the full interview as well. Anyone?

  • FUCK it pains me to see this genius get older

  • GO TO RALPH SCHOENMAN AND MYA SHONE'S PROGRAM TAKINGAIMRADIO AND GO THEIR ARCHIVES AND LISTEN TO THE DIME BOMB AND THIS "NOT TO BE TALKED ABOUT"SUBJECT WILL BE ALL TO CLEAR.DENSE INERT MUNITIONS EXPLOSIVES HAVE BEEN US TESTED & Approved drone attacks in palestine since mid-2006 by the israeli. sine depleted uranium weapons are illegal, the us has turned to "non-legal" secret bombings. remember, in ISRAEL DOES NOT ALLOW JOURNALIST THERE BUT DOES LEGAL;IZED TORTURE. US IS THEIR LAPDOG TOM SCHMIDT

  • Here in Australia the current affairs program Foreign Correspondent has a piece on that, Journalist over there interviewing locals, doctors, parents, etc

  • What is he suggesting? That is sooo scary a thought. :-/

  • @lodproductions90

draw your own conclusions after seeing this video..:

    /watch?v=KqIl4zYvpSQ

  • he looks much healthier here...I am very happy. And he has lost some weight from 2009...thank heavens. I love this man.

  • Here was me thinking the military was just stupid. Turns out incompetence is just a smoke screen for evil. That`s a load off my mind.

  • There could be a lot of reasons for a leukemia hotspot in Fallujah. Depleted uranium rounds could be a contributor. But Saddam also had a chemical weapons plant in Fallujah in the mid-1990's.

  • @packetrat

Please. The report Chomsky references unambiguously states that 2004 was the year of contamination. The soaring rate of cancer and birth defects manifests itself directly after the US assault.

  • God he sounds very bilderbergish in this one. More so than usual.

Talk about an "okay grandad" moment!

  • @fomastephanovitch

he sounds very bilderbergish "okay grandad" because he asks why a major travesty affecting the lives of thousands of people and which we're likely responsible for hasn't been reported? Do you even think before you speak or is your mind on a default paranoid BS setting?

How on earth is this bilderbergish "okay grandad"?

  • Depleted Uranium

  • @marina2772

Well you sure answered his question

  • America, just keeps making them with American workers tax money and they keep spending it killing people who are shepards and farmers. Than when the money and the budgets dont fall into place. The cut backs are placed on the working class while the Rich get to extort, have our politicians in there pockets! They fund and fund these military contracts! Fund for the next war just so the fat cats at the top can get a even bigger slice of the pie! While Americans get feed the higher taxes! Low wages!

  • Depleted uranium shells used? Blowing in the wind........

  • The Japanese have the lowest rates of cancer in the world even though they have been Nuked twice. The Japanese also consume more Iodine in their diet than any nation on earth. I would bet that Iraqis are deficient in Iodine as bad or worse than Americans. I do not think that the depleted uranium from US weapons is helping them out either.

  • @willyswear

Iodine is good for you, do you want goiters and mental retardation or something?

  • @KentAllard I know Iodine is good for you. That was what I was saying in my comment. I was stating that people with low levels of Iodine have high cancer rates while the Japanese have the lowest rate of cancer in the world and have the highest consumption of Iodine in the world. The Japanese having a low rate of cancer is impressive because they have been Nuked twice.

  • fucking american murderers

  • LOVE NOAM

  • he incidence of cancer among the Japanese survivors of Hiroshima was/is about the same as the incidence of cancer among the Japanese population at large.

  • @TAMARLANE

That is factually incorrect. By a longshot.

    Just google HIROSHIMA CANCER RATES

  • @TAMARLANE

That is factually incorrect. By a longshot. Just google HIROSHIMA CANCER RATES

  • @beelzebubblicious6 Sorry. i worked with Dr. Stanley Kronenberg in NJ at Ft Monmouth. He had the scientific studies from Hiroshima and concluded the cancer rates were essentially the same as the population of Japan at large. Dr. Kronenberg was a scientist. Not a doctor. He was a dosimetrist. It was his study. He was entrusted with the data to evaluate the results. Your suorce is wrong.I will google it to see who is spreading lies.

  • @TAMARLANE

The literature on cancer in Nakasaki and Hiroshima is large, well established, and not controversial. I don't know what "he had the scientific studies" means. Here ARE the scientific studies. Go to pubmed.com and enter

    19454804

    17722996

    17336261

    14579889

    on and on and on

Epidemiologists, not dosimetrists, would be doing these studies. "kronenberg hiroshima" gets zero search results. Your former mentor never published anything on cancer, he published physics articles such as

    8617590

  • @beelzebubblicious6 here is a snippet from the data you referred me to.::

"the team points out that these occurred in a sampling of only 1,109 people, the oldest of whom is now just 35."

Hiroshima occurred 65 years ago. I don't know what they are talking about.

  • @TAMARLANE

Do you honestly not know that radiation sticks around?

  • @beelzebubblicious6 I sorta know that. I worked Nuclear Weapons Testing at the Nevada Test Site for 8 years in the 50s=60s. We were still doing atmospheric tests

while I was there. I worked in electronics, chemistry and radiation safety during those years. At one point I was manager of records and reports in Dosimetry.

Actually I do know quite a bit about the effects of ionizing radiation on human beings. I know there are only 3 ways radiation can kill you. And causing cancer is not one of them.

  • @TAMARLANE

    You are very wrong.

    From cancer dot org:

"Ionizing radiation is a proven human carcinogen (cancer causing agent). The evidence for this comes from many different sources, including studies of atomic bomb survivors in Japan, people exposed during the Chernobyl nuclear accident, people treated with high doses of radiation for cancer and other conditions, and people exposed to high levels of radiation at work, such as uranium miners."

    You are simply incorrect.

  • did you even read the logic in my orig. statement? I don't agree or disagree with the "official story." I don't trust that there is any reliable data available from anywhere, because the government has either confiscated or obfuscated the information that would lead to the the truth...ask any of the business with security cameras near ground zero or the pentagon...I agree with the lack of data you speak of...but that wasn't my point. My point was that you cannon discredit Noam based on that..

  • What was it Chomsky said about eating pussy?

  • does this guy know how to party or what?

  • Alex Jones lambasted Noam Chomsky for his lack of desire to debate the reasons and causes behind 9-11. However Chomsky always looks at the bigger picture. An event that incriminates someone, such as wikileaks, is always a smokescreen for another more dubious affair.

  • Keep speaking truth to power Mr. Chomsky.

  • The man keeps an amazing desk, :P (if that is, in fact, his desk)

  • @superuser6

I think you might be misunderstanding the term anarchism. You can check out the definition in wikipedia. It does not mean society without government.

  • @Hoopmov - Thanks for the upload. Do you know where we can get the full interview?

  • @riemann1901 the full interview will not be available unfortunately. it is owned by a private company. :(

  • @Hoopmov Aren't they going to release it in some way? Can't believe they're just going to sit on it. :(

  • @YuriKenobi they will release it in pieces as it conforms to projects they are already producing or intend to produce. While it seems lame that we can't get the whole thing through youtube, what is wonderful is that now his perspective is included within national projects that otherwise would not have it. Progress.

  • @superuser6 and in your opinion glen beck stands for everything good about civilized society? screw u teabaggin moron.

  • @depleteduraniumiswmd

So much for keeping an open mind.

  • @depleteduraniumiswmd

"Lies" I would assume is meant to imply that he is deliberately withholding privileged knowledge or information he has regarding, in this case, the 9/11 attacks, which contradicts your initial statement about him merely "believing" the official story of 9/11, as you put it.

What possible incentive would Chomsky have to do so? It would seem to go against everything his career's been built on. Furthermore, what other lies are you implicitly referring to?

  • @carlrs15

Chomsky said he believed the official story. I'm not suggesting he believed the official story. If anyone could connect the dots, I think Chomsky could. The official 9-11 story is NOT plausible. What part of that can't you understand?

  • @depleteduraniumiswmd

"When Chomsky believed the official story of 9-11. Chomsky become unbelievable."

This isn't about whether or not the official story is plausible. I refer again to my last question: assuming that there is a cover-up, what possible incentive would Chomsky have to perpetuate it? This, from a man who's been completely blacklisted from the mainstream media, and who uses terms like "predatory imperialism" to refer to U.S. foreign policy?

  • @carlrs15 Maybe the official story is viable...Maybe those 19 men really did what they did...but it was just ignored/facilitated by the US government. Maybe the official story reads: "We were attacked by Muslim extremists..." and we were. Maybe we just helped it happen. Chomsky's credibility remains intact because of his vast knowledge of the underpinnings of the military-industrial-imperial complex.

  • @tekmet

It absolutely does; I completely agree.

With that knowledge, coupled with his disdain for contemporary U.S. foreign policy - and, I'm guessing, his disgust at the appropriation of 9/11 imagery and sentiment for political gain - what reason would he have to keep any sort of conspiracy under wraps? That's what I think, at least.

  • @tekmet dood. those 19 men aint all dead. lets add that up for a minute. They find passports of people who aint dead in a plane that escapes norad scrutiny on a day where norad are executing a drill to stop what happened whilst they were told to stand down. The official story is the best conspiracy theory since the magic bullet theory.

  • @carlrs15,

Chomsky would risk his credibility if he touched the 9/11 issue, he admits himself he hasn't done any research into it. Also... There's no "assuming there is a cover-up", the 9/11 Commission Report never investigated the collapse of WTC 7, never honored the SEC's recommendation to investigate Securacom/Stratesec for pre-9/11 insider trading and their connections to the security contracts for the WTC, and left 70% of the Victim's family member's questions unanswered.

  • @depleteduraniumiswmd

    This might help: watch?v=TwZ-vIaW6Bc

  • What the fuck does this have to do with WikiLeaks.

  • Anymore from this Chomsky interview???

  • I knew about fallujah months ago... It was reported on a tiny bit. A TINY BIT.
