Model Studio Apartment, One North Fifth

I like, but it seems big for a studio. How much does a studio apartment run in NYC? I'm in Buffalo and pay $800 for a nice one bedroom in a nice neighborhood across from a park

@ReviewCam more than 800...go on craigslist and do some research but they probably average about the same amount as a cheap 2 bedroom. Rent for my 2 bedroom in Brooklyn is 1250 and that's relatively cheap.

All you guys who complain about the tiny windows, don't you notice the door that leads to the balcony? Except for the kitchen which is too large for that apartment size, everything's fine.

Orange! Its a common colour for postoffices throughout the europe. So welcome to the postoffice! Where do single people need those huge refrigerators or stoves? Save space and replace them to smaller ones. And they also consume a lot of energy plus are noisy.

...it would be nice if you make the windows WAYY bigger, your in sucha sunny city you'de get TONS of light if those windows were bigger in the kitche. would also make the place look nicer as the night bounces off the orange creating a warm glow feeling.

I have not laughed this hard in a long time. This place would be cute if painted in colors human people do not shy from. Also I would feel alot more comfortable if my windows (which I may have to use as a fire escape) were large enough to fit a phone book thru much less myself!

I have a studio apartment on the side of the house I rent. Since I basically live off the rent from that house, I figured out since I live single, the studio apartment was a great idea. I like the idea of "small windows" to decrease the sound, the street can get loud during the day. Nice work!

He knocked out 2 bricks and called them "windows"? What?!! Those aren't windows...they resemble jail-cell ventilation. Plus, look at those orange walls!! It looks like the inside of a Halloween pumpkin, complete with 2 small eyes carved out.
