Im a Maryland native and I was told some other stories of him. I was told that we was a mad scientist whos experiments went too far. I also heard that you mustnt just park your car but you have to honk the horn a certain number of times and flick your high beams on and off. I remember my 7th grade teacher saying that he tried that and it ran right past the front of his car! On Halloween we have a special Goatman Hollow show in Riverdale where they tell his tale and at the end you get to see him.
