I dunno, Racheluu seemed like she had a pretty standard anime-villain oh-ho-ho to me.
So in counting named characters who wanted to revive the fiend vs. ones who didn't, where does Finnegan land? He wanted to become TMD using the fiend's power, but I don't know that he wanted to revive him.
Also, actually kind of a surprise on the secret of Racheluu. I would have put down money that she was some kinda demon/otherworldly agent of the fiend herself.
