  • I farted.

  • i quit cigarettes and I'm fine. dunno y they don't quit heroin.

  • @garmool I quit heroin and cigarettes at the same time several years ago (in jail for about a year and a half). The biggest difference was how sick heroin makes you and drives you to do anything to make that sickness go away. Cigarettes on the other hand were insidious is a different way. They called to me after meals and on street corners for years after, when I no longer felt physical or mental calling from heroin. They just work differently, but grats on quitting smoking.

  • I would like to say that I related to each and everyone of these people in this documentary. I was a heroin addict for 3 years, I am now clean for 6 months and it is so hard but I want everyone to know that addicts do have heart and behind the drugs we are good people, just completely blinded and taken over by the drug. We will do anything to get it, you think that doesn't weigh on my mind. It does! Some people are to far gone, but I hope I can fight this because my life is 100% better.

  • @n0mak3up0n Awesome. I have been/am in your shoes, just a few years down the line and I have to tell you it just keeps getting better the further away you get from it. It still weighs on my mind, too (the things I did) so many years later, but I can't change those things. I try to make sure I never treat people like that again and that is the best I can do. Good job!

  • I kicked it so I guess I'm that 1% yay but I still stay humble.

  • tracey and spanky, ohhh, love birds.

  • 132 junkies like this

  • Spanky looks like a playboy.

  • spanky is a solidified archetype

  • why can't these idiots DIE FASTER? Useless drain on soceity.

  • I also want aids

  • Now that I have watched all 5 parts.. I think I should start heroine :D

  • @shookyourchildsface Are you retarded?

  • spanky the rocket scentist

  • shame for all of them man, tell you what tho that alice is quite hot man hope shes ok now!!!!!!!!

  • Song at 6 56 sec in....Any 1 know?

  • @B0NEL0C0 its "Never Lonely Alone" by Space Needle

  • @creaturezoid Yea thanks!.just found out a few hours ago...its weird i never watched the end credits like a dummy,usauly i do....good lookin out!

  • straight up!I told all my sons' friends that the first person to offer him the glass pipe will get their throat slashed.Maybe extreme, but my conveying of this message has been received load and clear!

My son is my son...mine! I wanted him and I have him for the rest of my life and like hell would I wish to see him 'escape' from life with a drug that will eventually rip from him, himself and his sense of self. A shadow of self, where you hide from the light, can not be what life is all about.

  • BE GOOD PARENTS OR THIS WILL BE YOUR CHILDREN! :D

  • traceys new boyfreind spanky wow thats a step up cnt even keep his eyes open great catch lol

  • @meow116 it is so sad. i think the problem that all of the addicts in this documentary share (bar alice) is that they all had rough childhoods. this is a cliche when people talk about addiction but this is such a good illustration of it. he did say about his conception in an earlier part. maybe his relationship with his mother was affected by it. also i think when he found out he had aids he took a turn for the worse. i thought all the way through that he was a lovely young man. so sad.

  • @NekoAmbie James is using jake for sex. Jake already proved he would do that for smack money. James is the worst type of asshole. he is kicking jake out because his attempted suicide and the subsequent attention from the authorites has turned him into a problem. the idea of it makes me nautious.

  • @edburton590 Yes. What happened there is close to evil, and I was more shocked at this than any of the drug use or anything else in the film. Taking someone who is so low emotionally and in so much need, using him so selfishly, and then tossing him out. This is one of the reasons why Jake's story sticks with me so much. You wonder -- how did such a seemingly nice and even *polite* guy end up as a prostitute?

  • great document!i used to be for 20 years a multiaddicted person, and one thing!when you decide to stop with drugs,ok you've got pain but also you've got to forget the hand movements t fix and it's hard so that's why i stop subutex that i used to fix to methadon;,but one thing i'd like to say ,ok marijuana is not a hard drugs BUT it depends if the person 's got a peponderancebrain to schizophrenia or no!coz for my part i was a brilliant student(university teachers regretted me!!)coz now i'm schizo

  • i wonder what their up to today, also great documentary

  • @tintin4561 There is a link in the 1st line of the description that interviews Tracey and tells some of what happened to them.

  • Why the fuck would James be with a loser like Jake?

  • so sad i feel bad for him when we are born in god eyes we never know were are path will end or begain

  • 1 word "losers"

  • @fack694 Obviously, especially in this day and age,You don't realize that " ADDICTION" is A disease. You never can cure Addiction but, You can be A recovering Addict, and work and have a good life. Just as any other. Some just take longer to accept help or, to seek or to even want help but,"1 percent" of addicts get clean within a years time. Not many, but there's always Hope, for all ill human beings.Do you say that "CANCER" Patients are LOSERS? Shame on you.Do some homework please.

  • Thats why you should smoke weed man!

  • @Blacksinner92 it doesnt compare to the high heroin gives

  • @TheMoonyeti but as you see: it kills you!

  • whats the difference between black tar heroin and just heroin?

  • @swanton200 black tar is just a dirty cheaper form of heroin

  • their passion for heroin warms my soul

  • Gayest music ever.

  • WOW... Jake as touch the bottom deep...

  • heroin is not rlly my thing,im more for taking un-fucking-holy amounts of amphetamines.

  • @BlackHAwkdOwn2983 I'd say that is probably not a good thing, either.

  • @BlackHAwkdOwn2983 i like ur style son

  • @BlackHAwkdOwn2983 good way to guarantee early onset of dementia...hope you intend to get health insurance.

  • @BlackHAwkdOwn2983

    that's even worse

  • I also have to say that is one of the saddest series on heroin addiction i have ever watched.......(sigh)

  • I am glad these documentaries are available for people to watch as it shows the true horror of the lifestyle of a heroin addict without sugar coating things. If these documentaries don't deter people from taking heroin nothing will, plain and simple. I am a reformed addict myself but i never ever used a needle, they scare the shit out of me, i used to smoke it on foil, commonly known as "chasing the dragon" Thankfully, i wasn't on it for very long but i came across people like these a lot...sad

  • Drugs not only fry your brains, it fry your body, you souls, your mind, your feelings, your heart, it's so Sad seeing plp using it and no even be able to help them, just cause they took they own decision in life bein a Adult, DRUGGS KILLS....

  • alice is so insanely hot

  • Die junkie! Die!! You're right - the world doesn't give a fuck about you and if you gave a fuck about yourself - you wouldn't be a junkie!!! LMFAO!

  • these fellas need to stay out of each others bottom!

  • A lot of these people are in these fucked situations because their curiosity got the best of them. If it was suddenly legal, a certain percentage of people will be like "fuck it, I'll do it once," and another percentage of those people who would normally never do it will get hooked. You don't know what you would do if it was legal and one friend here and one friend there decided to try it once. Just stick to the herb =)

  • ore0 and alice are so freaking hot!

  • Rugged way to die slow.

  • so can they "kick" their addiciction with crack?

  • @DazFlapp No, not really. They just substitute one drug and one feeling for another and maybe temporarily offset/delay the effects of withdraw. Eventually they'll hit a brick wall.

  • Heroine your body needs it's not like crack

  • 4:39...Spanky is Da MAN......bet he's a real devil with the ladies.

  • so sad...

  • sad sad :(

  • James is awesome! His taste in men is a bit off.

  • floyd you're an idiot, portugal legalized every drug and when they did their crime rate dropped 70% and there was a HUGE decrease in users, it would actually be a smart thing to do in a way cuz it would prevent deaths and the spread of std's you fuckin moron

  • @xPJHARDCOREx id like to see where you got your numbers from

  • @xPJHARDCOREx We need those diseases for population control.

  • I like how one of the tags is hopeless , but seriously that shits sad

  • drugs or addictions will drive people who would of never dream of doing what they do to feed their addiction, ie prostitution, leaving their families, hurting the ones who love them , it is a disease and if they cannot get a handle on it, most will not make it sad fact but the truth

  • 2:44 yeh don't forget your Iron man, your gonna be needing that NOT

  • While harder drugs have too many negative repercussions to fully legalize the current harsh penalties are just unsustainable from a monetary point of view.

One of the ideas that I have come up with is to offer incarcerated junkies diminishing methadone therapy contingent upon enrolling in a lockdown treatment program that may or may not exceed there legal sentence. If a junkie refuses to agree to a treatment program while incarcerated they can sit there and enjoy their withdrawals.

  • @Zyworski I spent 6 months incarcerated and they made me go cold turkey, no choice. I am glad though because it did for me what I either couldn't or wouldn't do for myself and has led me to 6 years clean and a good life which I never expected to ever have again. Not everyone is as fortunate as I was though.

  • @EdYaekle I saw your comment Zyworski but can't find it now... hmm anyway Yes, I did say "led me to"... I went through a year long "residential" (read very controlled environment) treatment program after the incarceration and had to make decisions to change once I was able to do so. Before my forced quit/jail I cannot see how I would have ever have come to that point and decision. I would have appreciated your idea, no doubt as I was miserable, but I did get myself into that place.

  • @EdYaekle Maybe I accidentally deleted it, sorry! Here is what Z wrote (recovered from my email): @EdYaekle I am of the belief that recovery is more than overcoming the withdrawals and there is an emotional component that must also be addressed. It is fortunate that you have had a good outcome, but I consider your case as anecdotal evidence only. For many the end result of addiction is a fatal condition and this saddens me greatly.

  • @EdYaekle I don't know what happened to that comment either, but I recall mentioning an emotional component that had to be addressed. I am familiar with the 12 steps program as I spent time at many meetings sponsoring a friend. The character exercises I saw there impress me as being more suited for opiate addiction than alcohol which I consider a genetic disease rather than a personality problem.

I am happy that you are well and prevail to this day, my girlfriend wasn't so lucky.

  • @Zyworski You know, 12 step programs never worked for me either. It took a program that convinced me that I didn't have to be an addict for the rest of my life. 12 steps say once an addict, always and for me personally that was self-defeating, depressing and hopeless (it gave me an excuse). But yeah, cold turkey in jail was just the tip of the iceberg. It took a complete renewing of my mind.

  • @EdYaekle I also take exception to the once an addict always an addict because of this particular bible passage. 1 John 5:4 for everyone born of God overcomes the world. This is the victory that has overcome the world, even our faith. We were created to be victorious winners.

  • @Zyworski Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. :)

  • No one is bigger than that drug. Just leave it alone...

  • From what I can see it dont get any better.

My wife is in part 1.

I never knew until it was too late.

she was clean for 5 years and then went back to it.

She destroyed our family , stole what she could and then pretty much gave our two kids and me the finger.

Don't waste time, love or money on them.

Round them up and put them in a gas chamber and put it on high.

That is how you stop it.

    Death cures drug abuse

  • @59impalakid That really sucks, especially for the kids but for you too. I feel for you. Your feelings are understandable, too. People don't always "get it" until it happens at home and it is too late. I won't argue your point, either. I'll just say that have been clean six years and it doesn't appeal to me in the least, but everybody its different.

  • @59impalakid You sound like fukin hitler

  • No i didnt.....well maybe i did....

  • jake, get da hell outta there bruh... dat punk is takin advantidge ov u.

  • Tracy has a new boyfriend now ... 4:40

  • @JumboStevo I couldn't keep myself from laughing at that one hahaha. It's tragic but the way they put it in the documentary is just epic.

  • Geez, thats so sad to watch!

  • hold up, the first 30secs of this video absolutely did my head in. that guy is a total hippocrit . cmon. obviously he cares for the addict, whom is trying to kill himself. But kicks him out, for what, because there living arrangments have turned bad. and telling us that the addict hasnt yet hit rock bottom. cmon. LOW IQ there

  • @MrJoshstubbs that guy is a pervert with a very cold mind. no heart at all. evil.

  • @MrJoshstubbs Well the addiction should never be an excuse for bad behaviour.

  • Legalisation is the only option to eliminate a black market , BUT it should be HEAVILY policed the same way prescription drugs are and only given to existing heavily addicted people.

The darker an addicts life becomes the irony is it precipitates an even greater need for the escapism found in the drug use, in my opinion turfing drug addicts out with no support is like refusing treatment for cancer, IT DOES EVENTUALLY KILL..

  • I have been to Amsterdam, pot is sold in coffee shops there. It is legal to buy, sell, and you can smoke it in public. I have never heard of anyone killing, for marijuana. It should be legalized!!!

  • @TheTnwildflower43 lol thats not true dude, i live in the netherlands, and weed is not legal here, you cant just smoke it every where you want.

  • @TheTnwildflower43 since its legal more and more people are smoking....and society is becoming SHIT. its funny how people mention the netherlands all the time and they dont know its been a failure

  • aaaah the 90's

  • Spanky is so high lolll

  • Keep in mind this documentary was made in the 80s and shit hasn't gotten any better. Its been nearly 3 decades now, its time for a change.

  • If heroin were legal and you watched this documentary, you'd all be crying out for it to be illegal wouldn't you? And lets be honest, whether its legal or not these people will use and continue to use. Drug legislation isn't the problem, how the government is going about prohibition is the real issue. Simply locking people, only to let them out on the streets weeks/months/years later to the same environment that got them hooked on drugs in the first place is stupid.

  • @James9533

We should start investing in rehabilitation centers and telling these people, you either go there and finish the program sober, or sit in jail and get sober. We're already pouring billions of dollars annually into fighting drugs in this country every year, so it can't hurt to try some new approaches because what we're doing right now isn't fucking working. You know what they say when someone tries the same methods expecting a diff end result...

  • @James9533 we are also spending money on synthetic drugs such as spice and bath salts and all that why not just legalize some stuff in modertion...like heron clinics and clincs for hard drugs? ehh just a though

  • @James9533 yes thats why they need to come with medicine that has same effect like heroine/ghb/xtc That is not harmful to your body! I mean cant they just find that out? why does drug always have to be so fucking addictive and bad, there must be a way to have same stuff effect with no harmful things.

  • @squittyfish pure pharmaceutical grade heroin is virtually identical to morphine in terms of its safety profile. the harms come entirely from sharing dirty needles. other than being very addictive the only real issue with long term effects of heroin on the body is chronic constipation. It is not toxic to the organ's and causes no damage to the kidneys or liver. the harm comes from crime associated with its legality! just look at the results of heroin maintenance is switzerland!

  • Does anyone know what happened to Alice? I really hope she's clean, idk why but she seems really nice :(

  • To all addicts , just kill yourself. Jump in front of a train . Thank you

  • @Baller527 what if they're addicted to jumping in front of trains? bro

  • @Sheenious Then the problem solves itself =)

  • @Baller527 but they're not addicted to Heroin then, they're addicted to jumping in front of trains. bro

  • @Baller527 well lets hope someone you care for or over ever becomes an addict.

  • ahhh good times

  • LOL!

  • Thank you for posting this. Lord knows how ignorant I am, and spoiled as well. But now I understand just a little more about what their world is like.

  • Crying, my child got in trouble with the law it was the best thing to ever happen to him nothing else worked, he did his time, worked a program still does. I Thank God every day he's part of the 1% who kicked it & now10 years clean has a great wife & 2 children & a wonderful a wonderful Dad.

To anyone watching this who hasn't tried this poison don't, to those that are using please know you are not bad people, useless & people do care. Try to get clean you can do it., my heart goes out to you.

  • Trying to rob an undercover police officer, what are the odds of that. Bad luck

  • she left ben for spanky..hahaha hes a real winner

  • I also feel kinda bad that ive been off opiates for 4 years and havent really put in the work to earn it. Im only staying clean from the 8-10 suboxone i buy every month, and it was the subs that made the transition into sober life easier. I do want to get off the subs too, but like i said before, I cant because im still going through withdrawal form a drug i havent done in 4 years. Hmmm that seems pretty wierd.

  • @TheWaynelds you should have done subs on a short term...i dnt no what your opiate of choice was but mines was oxycodone...i had 2 8mg pill of subs broke into 4 pieces ..used that for a week n a haf and had no withdraw wat so ever that was months ago i havent touched a sub or a pill i feel great ..u can do it to

  • @gooniegunclub187 in the last 2 years of my use it was a lot of MS/Oxycontin and percocets. I tried to be conservative towards the end and only using to avoid sickness. i always took very little chunks of subs too (never more than 1/2 a day) so im wondering why i still get sick after being opiate free for 4 years. some suggested that i should go on a pill binge for a week and then check into a detox to get it done and over with. I'm ready to move on in life and i feel subs are holding me back.

  • @gooniegunclub187 sub= subutex/suboxone?! in italia c'è solo metadone e suboxone.il subutex l hanno levato dal commercio italiano.

  • lol i remember when i tried to OD. Yeah six 40mg Oxys to the dome at once, what was i thinking. My life is so much better now since i have to take a 3rd of a suboxone every gosh damn day for the past 4 years just to not get dope sick from a drug that i dont even do anymore. They should outlaw opiate pain killers too. Nothin but trouble.

  • SPANKY overcame heroin and became SPANKER

  • Someone, anyone.. please help these kids? :(

  • Do they send them to a clinic after beeing arrested or OD, hospital etc in America? Because in my country they kick your ass strait in a closed clinic.

  • @pyromaniaknl That would seem to be the thing to do, but no. In the USA treatment is almost always voluntary unless a judge orders it. It is happening more often, but not enough.

  • @EdYaekle Here in Holland it's basically the same. In the 70's there was a heroin epidemic over here so they made radical decisions. U have posts that give away free heroin just to keep them of the streets. But there's just a few thousand in the country that uses heroin these days. It's a sin to use that shit, kids don't do that over here. They just smoke weed and use a little speed and xtc from time to time, cocaine also ofc, but no crack there all aware it destroys u.

  • @pyromaniaknl Yeah I think that here in the US we have an atmosphere of "forbidden fruit" and nobody wants to talk about it in public, either. This makes for a dangerous situation, especially for the young and naive. The last big anti-drug campaign we had was Nancy Reagan's "just say no" thing and while it was at least an attempt, it was kind of a joke too. Sometimes I wish we had the sense that a country like yours does.

  • I'm Sorry But Jake Looks Like Fred On Drugs

  • Very good Doc. It is a shame our gov treats drug use as a crime. You can not legislate what people put in their bodies. In my opinion society needs to wake up to the fact that there will always be drug use. We need to make it as safe as possible for those that choose this path. The needle exchange program is a good start but legalization and regulation of all drugs is what this country needs. Check out LEAP. They have the right idea.

  • @Floyd397 Good point. It also makes pain relief a dirty word in most doctor's offices in the U.S.

  • @Floyd397 Your so damn stupid. If they legalize crack , heroin etc. people will use these harmful drugs just like cigarettes . People will lose the guilt of using drugs and it will become a normal thing. Yeah what we need is a country full of junkies who steal money and contract deadly STD's running around. If they legalize this , it will be mayhem. A lot of people will try these drugs just because their legal. Drugs lead to crimes , that's why it is illegal.

  • @Baller527 So if all drugs became legal you would start using them , is what I here you saying. Lets talk about cigs since you brought it up. Today cigarette smokers are the minority. The how this happen was through education and medical help, not by throwing people in jail. And I'm sure you agree that it is one of the most deadliest drugs out there. Point is that anyone that has the desire to do drugs is going to do them, legal or not.

  • @Floyd397 Lets take the control away from the cartels , terrorist and gangs and regulate them. prohibition does not work. We should have learned that from Alcohol. please try to refrain from the name calling, it only shows a persons ignorance.

  • @Floyd397 50% of Americans smoke cigarettes . If they legalized heroin , people would buy it from the deli when their stressed. Most people don't like going to a mysterious man in a dark alley for drugs. There is no safe way to use drugs. Most people will stay away from illegal drugs because of the fear of going to jail . All addicts should be killed. All they do is just waste the working man's tax dollars on jail time

  • @Baller527 50 % ? I will do some research on that number and get back with you. I work in factory with 400 people and maybe 30 of them smoke. Addiction is a disease not a moral defect and it should be treated as such. Perhaps you should do some research on the subject before making harsh claims. Most prisons are owned by corporations. Big money to be made.

  • @Floyd397 shut up u stupid retard

  • @Baller527 You're telling me that people won't know the effects drug addiction if drugs are legal? The guilt from doing heroin etc does NOT come from its legality. It comes from the complete destitute position these addicts find themselves in at the end of the day. The turmoil and hell they bring upon themselves is what makes them guilty. Just because the government says it's naughty doesn't mean it's going to deter people from doing it.

  • @Baller527 If it was legal, your neighborhood pimp wouldn't be peddling anything to hookers. A lot of drugs are related to crime because the criminals get RICH from SELLING drugs. If the drugs were in the hands of ONLY pharmaceutical companies, people could ONLY get them from the store.

  • @Baller527 shutup you right-winged conservative douchebag! people are already junkies, they already steal money, and they already contract STD's! There is already mayhem going on! go to downtown, motherfucker, and see the damage that your "government" has done! Legalize all drugs for use, sale, and production, and watch the crime rate go so low that your mind will be blown. ever since cannabis was legalized in Amsterdam, crime went down, and less kids did it. open your eyes, asshole!

  • @HaTeR545F76U6672C72K i bet your a junkie

  • @Baller527 Complete and utter bullshit. There have been multiple studies showing that even if drugs are legal people who weren't users and had no reason to do it, didnt start doing it. Legalising means; less crime, less money spent on having these people in jail (for a victimless crime), profit for the government for selling it etc. Only benefits, only brainwashed morons like you are against it, i never used any drugs nor want to, but this is the logical choice, your view helps no one.

  • @Baller527 legalizing weed on the other hand will just make everything better : }

  • @Baller527 But making them illegal isn't stopping anything

  • @Baller527 I have been able to get Heroin for the last 10 years. I have yet to try Heroin. Heroin's easy to get. Legalizing it would make it more difficult to get because they could place laws on it. That's just a fallacy. People get addicted to drugs generally have Psychological complex's or often with kids, they're just bored.

  • @Baller527 not true.crimes come from drugs being illegal. in SWITZERLAND for example HEROIN MAINTENANCE significantly reduce crime in drug areas. if legal, purity & dose would be assured & there wouldn't be ODs. hiv hepatitis & abscesses are caused by dirty needles, clean needles to inject heroin carry same risks as ones used by diabetics to inject insulin. pharm grade heroin is diamorphine & is addictive but causes only constipation & is not toxic to the organs when used long term.

  • @MisterNickOtine If its from a pharmacy or legal drug store , it would still cost money and even more at that. The drug users will still prostitute themselves to buy these drugs. And no more ODs ? Didn't you watch the documentary . The lady needs heroin 5-10 times a day . If a junkie wants dope and the pharmacy won't give em more , they'll just go right back to buying from drug dealers who don't care if they OD .

  • @Baller527 the reason why the price is so inflated is because of its legality. if it was legal there would be no drug dealers. there would be no money to be made as any pharmaceutical company, any person could grow and refine opium and could sell it. what economics class did you take in school? don't you know anything about supply and demand? the seller gets the product certified pure by FOOD DRUG ADMINSTRATION and you buy it just like alcohol with ID or with doctor's prescription!

  • @Baller527 Sir I apoligize but you need to be taught a lesson, legalizing drugs doesn't make more people use them, look at Amsterdam you have the personal right to do what ever the hell you want there and yet when this liberal system went into place hard drug rate usage went down. You can't just make conclusions off the top of your head like that, I use drugs everyday and have a 4.1 GPA (Soft drugs).

  • @Popsmakdown Yeah but your still not smart enough to stay away from drugs

  • @Baller527 The fact that is takes intelligence to stay away from drugs is a subjective point of view, I could just as easily say that you are too close-minded and have been spoon fed false information about how harmful drugs truly are your entire life (this is clearly the case).

  • @Baller527 you r stupid. if it was legal it wouldnt be sold in local shops and shit. it would be sold in heroin clinics and stuff and if people would get caught with heroin or crack they would have to go to treatment. would you rather have people going to jail getting more and more pissed and then doing more shit or go to a heroin clinic where they can talk to doctors and such and if they get caught go to treatment than jail? you wouldnt do heroin if it was legal or illegal so dont be paranoid

  • @cavs608 i mean shit i agree with u but i wouldnt do heroin legal or not... seen too maany people down that road

  • @WilloJohneme exactly.you would not do heroin if its legal so what kinda argument is it if you say its legal that everyone will use it? people are dumb these days. so paranoid and its retarded

  • @Baller527 no actually thats not entirely accurate. I believe it was in switzerland but somewhere recently they decriminalized all drugs. At first, people used a lot; many died from ODs and many checked into rehab, but after that things evened out. The main reason drugs are related to crime is because the black market price is enormous and with users having criminal records because of drugs they can't get jobs. in order to get enough money to fuel their addiction, they resort to crime

  • @Floyd397 Ofcourse drugs will always exist, doesn't mean it should be legalized you "#%&¤%/

  • my god, i feel sorry for all of them

  • @MrChinesecrested damn your stupid

  • LOL@ 4:40 "Tracy has a new boyfriend"....and he's a real keeper.

    SPANKY is da man !

  • fuck. ...that´s so sad
