However i want to know what is in my food if not a total ban on the stuff at least better labeling it is our right as consumers to know exactly what is in our food. I want to look on the back of labels and see if it even has .1gs of transfat and whether or not it is of natural (full fat dairy and certain meats) origin or if it was created in a big vat.

I don't like to buy brand name products that use trans fat when the store brand also uses the same bad ingredients. I don't like to pay more for the same unhealthy food.

@Cyrus255 he's making fun of smokers, the thing is that second hand smoke actually IS based on junk science and that alone bundled with ignorance is making it impossible for smokers to enjoy THEIR lives. The taxes are what bugs me it's already over $20 a pound in taxes and they want to add to that.
